Biometric Data (FaceID): We collect temporary facial recognition data for identity verification and ongoing hourly account verification. This data is processed securely and is strictly used to match your live face against your profile photo.
Chat & Communication Data: We store your chat logs, video transcripts, and interaction metadata. This data is subject to automated analysis by our Safety AI (LLM) to detect abusive behavior or low engagement.
Personal information: Name, email address, phone number, age, gender, and location.
Identity verification: Government-issued ID photos for KYC compliance (via Stripe).
Usage data: Session duration, feature usage, and device identifiers.

2. How We Use (and Process) Your Information

Safety & Moderation: To automatically inspect chats for prohibited keywords, harassment, or solicitation using AI models.
Identity Verification: To perform "Liveness Checks" and continuous FaceID verification to prevent catfishing and account sharing.
Platform Operations: To process payments, payouts, and membership applications.
Legal Compliance: To enforce our Zero Tolerance Policy against illegal activities.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data in the following circumstances:

Service providers: Trusted third parties who assist in operating the Platform (payment processing, identity verification, analytics).
Legal compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Selectly and its members.
Law enforcement: We may report prohibited conduct (as defined in our Terms of Service) to relevant authorities.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest.
